Shell UK, BP and ExxonMobil were faced with the problem of having to make workers redundant on the Shearwater project. As part of a support package for the redundant workers the idea of an information product was put forward. The aim, to provide a one-stop shop that would help ex-employees to find information about jobs, training and education.
Shell LiveWIRE, a part of the Shell community programme, provided a solution involving interface design and technology from Indigo. The system was required to work over the local library network giving very visible and cost effective information points at a very local level.
Solution: Indigo developed a brand identity including the product name of 'Where Now' with a strapline of "the next step for you" along with eye-catching and engaging imagery.
