Description
The City of Sunderland website is the key vehicle for the delivery of on-line public services, which the Council is required to offer citizens and other service users. Indigo were appointed by The City of Sunderland to conduct an independent audit of the current website, sunderland.gov.uk. This audit incorporated both business processes within the ICT unit tasked with delivering the website and the system architecture and design elements of the site itself.
