WHAT WE DID...
Objective
The Tourism Business Toolkit is available to all businesses and organisations with an interest in tourism. It provides an extensive reference resource for both new and established tourism businesses within the North East region. The objective was to enrich the user journey by organising the information more effectively whilst improving the look and feel of the original design.
Solution
Indigo undertook the following process:
- Workshop with client to understand requirements
- Development of new branding and design
- Creation of style sheets (CSS / XHTML and JavaScript)
- Implementation with third-party CMS
Results
- Increased usage through improved usability and professional image
- Engaging designs that were further used for printed materials
